What to get in touch about
A fee rate looks wrong
This is the most valuable message we get. eBay changes its fee tables regularly and a calculator that has drifted out of date gives people confidently wrong numbers. Tell us the marketplace, the category and what you believe the correct rate is, and include a link to the eBay fee page showing it if you have one. Those get fixed quickly.
Something is broken
If the calculator returns an obviously wrong figure, a page fails to load, or something behaves oddly on your device, let us know what you did and what happened. The browser and device you were using helps more than you might expect.
Privacy and data
For anything covered by our privacy policy, including data protection requests under UK GDPR, use the same address and put Privacy in the subject line so it is not missed.
Advertising and partnerships
We are happy to hear from advertisers. We do not publish paid links inside the guides, and we do not change fee figures or recommendations for commercial reasons, so please do not ask.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent site and have no connection to eBay Inc. We cannot access your eBay account, recover a suspended account, intervene in a dispute with a buyer or seller, refund a fee, or contact eBay on your behalf. For any of that you need eBay customer support directly.
We also cannot give you financial, tax or legal advice, including whether you should register for VAT or trade as a business. Those questions need a qualified accountant who can see your full circumstances.
Response times
This is a small site, so replies are usually within a few working days. Fee corrections are prioritised over everything else because they affect what other people see.
